During the period of literary return, the epistemology of the secretary and the teachings of epistemology writing flourished, and abiding works emerged in the form of social-Court Literature. Understanding the concept of epistemology writing and the introduction of stylistic epistemology writers in Iranian Court Literature is one of the main objectives of this study, which is revealed through biographies, literary status and stylistic and individual characteristics. This article is descriptive-analytical and where necessary, discusses practical definitions, types of correspondence, epistemology writers (stylist), etc. In order to match the title and content of this article with a historical and literary perspective, we have used all available sources and references, epistemology books, Court documents and correspondences. One of the main findings of this study is the causes and factors that have influenced the stylistic characteristics of epistemology writers during Zand and Qajar dynasties. Literary device mastery, gaining posts in state (Court), thinkers’ appraisal on their style and following orders on correspondence formats are factors that influenced their particular writing style. Another result of this article is the association with the genre of Court Literature, in which epistemology writing and epistemology writers can make a significant contribution to the evolution of scribe's prose and social and Court lexicography.

Along with the kings, women in the Gurkani Court of India were supported and encouraged by Persian-speaking poets and speakers to be of effect on the status and the stability of the Persian language and Literature in India. They provided the ways and means of expanding the language among the Indian Courtiers. Under the Courtiers’ support, most of those women created great works in Persian and established schools and libraries to compile and translate prominent works of the Persian language. This provided the ground for the consolidation and learning of this language. Also, many such women have left behind prose and poetic works in Persian, which is due to their being fond of the Persian Language and Literature. What predisposed the situation for this enterprise was the literary education popular in the Gurkani Dynasty and the poetic and literary environment in which they grew. The present research aims to examine the role of Gurkani women in the expansion of the Persian language and Literature. For this purpose, the main question is ‘ How did the women in the Gurkani Court influence the spread of the Persian language and Literature in India? ’ The significance of this research is that, so far, no independent study has been carried out on the role and performance of Gurkani women in the development and expansion of the Persian language and Literature. The study addresses the subject via a descriptive-analytic method.

In this article, we have tried to distinguish Ibn Hisā m Hiravī from his namesakes by a comprehensive search about him and to introduce his works and poems for the first time, which had remained unknown until now. We have also tried to provide new findings from his lineage. What is presented in this article also provides readers with new insights into the scientific-literary history of the Ā l-e Kurt Court and the scientific condition of those days.

Dealing with disputes arising from commercial transactions, conducted on a daily and intermittent basis, requires expedited proceedings that are hardly compatible with the general rules of civil procedure.Part of the economic life of society depends on the outcome of these lawsuits;For this reason, it is appropriate to entrust determination of entitlement in such claims to person or persons who have been duly selected and are familiar with the ins and outs of commercial affairs. Judges serving in public Courts do not have the opportunity, and perhaps the motivation, to master the voluminous laws and emerging customs in this field.Various laws and bills have mentioned establishment of a specialized institution to deal with commercial disputes, and each more or less addresses the qualifications of the judges who will be appointed to adjudicate such claims.The findings of this study indicate that the current practice prevalent in France, in which proceedings are conducted by at least three judges selected from among businessmen and not professional judges, has been almost abandoned by the rest of the world.On this basis, the existence of professional judges and students with legal degrees in Iran continues to be acknowledged.Judgment rendered by a panel of judges or a single judge is also another aspect that has been raised; in this regard, however, it is likely that by resorting to the method of employing a number of judges, issuance of judgments with greater accuracy will increase.However, considering the inherent limitations and complexities of proceedings conducted by a panel of judges and the need for coordination between them, indicates that multiplicity of judges would be in conflict with the philosophy of separating the trial of commercial claims from the jurisdiction of public Courts and the need to observe the speed principle in dealing with these claims.And in short, the best way, right now, is to trust and refer these cases to an expert and experienced judge in this field, and simply increasing the number of judges will not solve a problem.

In general, in order for the verdict issued by the Court to be considered in person, the accused or his lawyer must be present at the Court hearing, and to achieve this, they must be summoned to the hearing in advance or sent to the Court in the absence of a defense bill. Otherwise, the vote will be out-of-Court. In addition, the vote should be of the verdict, not the order, so the orders are always considered in-person. But this is a little different in the case of children and adolescents, because first, as we will examine according to the Iranian law, Children and adolescents are not summoned to the hearing. Secondly, the verdict issued by the juvenile Court is not necessarily an order or a verdict, but can be decision-making in nature and contain preventive actions. However, in this study with using library resources, have been studied a detailed of the conditions governing the presence and absence of judgments in juvenile Courts and the existing ambiguities.

The Supreme Court, is at the top of Courts in the hierarchy of the Iranian Courts. Article 161 of the Constitution, stated monitors the proper implementation of laws in Courts and the creation of a unified judicial system is authority for this institution. Also, Ordinary law, provides specific jurisdictions for Supreme Court, such as resolving disputes over the jurisdiction. Given the ambiguities and deficiencies about relations between Supreme Court and the Administrative Justice Court, this article explores the ratios of these Courts in a descriptive-analytical format. The studies showed that the Administrative Justice Court as a special tribunal is in the hierarchy below the Supreme Court and therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court Country. Also, the ordinary legislator's approach was identified in recognizing the Supreme Court's role in resolving jurisdiction disputes between the Courts consistent with the Supreme Court's position. To this end, a specialist structural prediction on matters relating to public law in the Supreme Court is proposed.
